Refund policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return items that comply with our return conditions listed below:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return is outside the 14-day window, you will be notified and issued a Gift Card.
  • Items should be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, and must be in a sellable condition without any marks or stains.
  • Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Please include your packing slip with your return. Failure to do so may delay the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged.
  • Items missing original tags and packaging.
  • Gift Cards
  • Items from Sample Sales or Outlet Sales 

If you receive damaged or faulty items, please contact us within 2 days of delivery via our email customercare@paradox-101.com  Please make sure to include your order number.

UK Returns

For orders within the UK please email our customercare@paradox-101.com

Please note that returns are not free; a £5 postage fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive and accept your return, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, excluding delivery costs.

European Union / International Returns

Please note that international returns are not free; you will be responsible for the return postage fee. We are not liable for the loss of any returned items during transit, so we recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification.
